For Wellness

Diet:  Eat a low-carb
(not no carb), moderate
protein, good fat diet of
whole natural foods.


 

Supplements:  Add a 
few, well-chosen, whole
food supplements to your daily diet.


 

Movement:  Exercise with weights.  Use good form and work out 2-3 times a week.  Get help if needed.

 

Calming Exercise:  Try deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxaton,a walk in nature or something similar for daily use.

Sleep:  Get at least 8 hours of sleep each night, preferably starting by 10 pm or before.

 

Neurological/Structural Balance:  Get a chiropractic check-up to maintain the right balance.It helps everything else work.
